Measures approximately 8 1/2 inches long by 11 inches tall. The pages are all loose leaf and are not stapled in. It is approximately 20 pages in length. Moderately dirty and dusty throughout. Moderate to heavy scratching, scuffing, tanning/discoloration, staining and wear throughout, especially on the covers throughout and along the exterior sides, corners and edges throughout. There is a large area of staining on the top back cover that bleeds into several of the interior pages at the back side. See pictures for a better idea of condition.
