Hello, this large fireside companion set is in good condition, I've described it as new other because I think it has been displayed and there are slight signs of tarnishing and use but overall the condition is very good.

Although there is no sign of a makers name, I know that it came from North America, and like many things from America it is made in a large size 

The base and handles are made of stone,  marble or onyx in a pleasant shade of green, the metal is brass colour, its shiny and looks great 

Doing an image search I found a few of these available on a wide range of websites at some incredible prices I'm selling at a fraction of these, and am open to answering any questions that you have.

The set does dismantle easily and would be taken apart for shipping
