Up for sale is a beautiful lot of (13) genuine 1909 VDB Lincoln Wheat Pennies. All coins in this group have been confirmed to have the desirable “VDB” designer initials on the reverse. This is a strong-looking group with attractive original surfaces, sharp detail, and several pieces displaying very nice natural toning ranging from deep chocolate brown to vibrant copper and bluish-purple hues.

These are part of my personal “cream of the crop” selection from a much larger wheat penny collection and were carefully hand-picked for overall eye appeal and stronger condition. Most coins appear to fall within the XF+ range with solid detail remaining throughout Lincoln’s portrait and reverse wheat lines.
