    Complete checkout to submit your repair order. Return shipping back to your address (after repair) is included in the checkout total.
    After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with step-by-step packing instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship Your Unit
    Carefully pack your Bose Wave Music System and use your own shipping label to send it to us. If needed, contact us for help with a cost-effective return label (shipping cost at your expense).
  3. Repair Process
    Once received, your unit will be repaired within 7-10 business days. If major parts (e.g., CD drive, PCB or motherboard) need replacement, an additional charge of $30 or more may apply.
  4. Return Shipping
    We will securely pack your repaired unit and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs are included in your checkout total.
  5. Warranty Coverage
    Your repair includes a 1-months warranty.
