They made two different mounting brackets for the sequoia, please match the 2nd photo and make sure it looks like yours before purchase. This is a heated mirror has some light markings as this is a genuine OEM used heated mirror. Came off of a Toyota sequoia. Works great! Left hand drivers side only.
