Besson Short Model Valve Trombone


A very rare model.  Very nice overall condition, but due to disuse some TLC is needed - cleaning, polishing, lubrication, one slide may need to be loosened (I am working on it!).


Photo note: The appearance of a cloudy area on the engraving of the bell in the first photo is due to poor lighting - there is no cloudy, light colored area on the bell. The lacquer on the bell is a uniform deep gold color throughout.

Finish:

original finish is intact, though there some pitting and minor scratches and blemishes - see photos.


Body:

the physical body is in very good condition but there are s few dents and small dings; 


Valves:

Tight and smooth.


Further:

some light cleaning needed

no mthpc;

original case is in quite good condition, with only some typical wear;

there are some small lightly scratched words and numbers on the side of the bell, not visible in the photo.
