PLEASE READ:  Power tested and heats up nicely.  The power cord retractor doesn't really work... it will retract if you guide it by hand.  Could not figure out how the radial dial timer works and could not find a manual online, so I could never get it to the pre-heat mode... only warm mode.  I am not sure if it defective or something I am doing wrong.  Selling AS IS.
