Excellent pre-owned condition, these were the pair used for meetings and troop celebrations only.  They never went on hiking, camping or water sports events, so they are in near new condition.  Made of a cotton / polyester blend in a heavier canvas fabric.

They were made in the USA in the 1990's. 

The zipper works great, as do all of the special logo snap buttons at the waist and for the rear pocket flaps.  

The measurements are 28" elastic waist unstretched, inseam is 5.5" and the rise is 14"
