This is a used High Density 512MB DDR2 200 pin SO-DIMM PC5300 laptop memory module by Smart Modular Technologies. NOTE:This module uses Samsung High Density DRAM chips. Unlike Low Density chips, high density chips may not work in some older laptops. Make sure your system can use high density memory modules. The easiest way is to look at the number of chips on the memory module. Low density modules will have many more chips per module (usually on both sides). The lower the density, the more chips needed per module. Our high density modules have only 4 chips on each side as higher density requires fewer chips. Check your system specs for compatibility.
