Calibration Method 1:(Recommended Priority Use)

1.Please stop the engine before installation, make sure the turbocharger actuator has cooled down. 

2.Release the liquid coolant.

3.Dismantle the right wheel and also the interior lining panel.

4.Dismantle the original turbocharger actuator and clean up the residues.

5.Manual reset of the sector gear is required, with the orientation shown in the above figure. Install the turbocharger actuator directly onto the turbine (note  to confirm if there is a sealing gasket, and there should  be no gap between the turbocharger actuator and the  turbine)and tighten the four screws.

6.Insert the vehicle body plug into the turbocharger actuator.

7.Pick up one end of the black plug of the connecting cable, insert it into the black plug of the turbine, and connect the other end to the power interface of the white calibration box.

8.Connect the provided 12V power supply device to the power supply and the other end to the white calibration box power supply. Press the black switch on the calibration box, and the red indicator light on the calibration box will light up to confirm the power on condition.

9.First press the white reset button, then press the red test button. The turbine calibration process begins, and the green indicator light flashes. You can hear the sound of the turbine actuator moving back and forth (the left and right gears make three biting sounds each).
