You are interested in this 1967 Milwaukee council round up mug, titled cubmaster. It is marked on the bottom west Moreland, USA. Please see pictures. There is a line in the cup on the bottom bottom but it doesn’t go all the way through and there’s a line on the side. A great collectible for the Boy Scouts of America or Cub Scouts collector.
