The molded plastic piece is marked STIHL with part number 4227 791 0300, and the box label/title identifies this as a STIHL BG 72 vacuum attachment kit.

This appears unused / new old stock, but the box has been opened and shows storage wear from age. The original packaging is included and will be shipped with the item.
