1965-1966 Pontiac GTO Nicely Restored Factory Original GM 4-Speed Center Console

As you can see by my photos, this is an original GM 1965-1966 Pontiac GTO Center Console that has been professionally restored.

This 4-Speed Console was completely disassembled with the front shifter plate and glove box door being thoroughly cleaned and the old paint removed.  They were then epoxy primed and painted with the correct shade of semi gloss black.  The original GM metal 4-speed top plate and glove box door both have bright shiny chrome that does show honest age and wear and has some scratches and freckling to the finish. However, the chrome on the glove box door bezel has a little more freckling in the chrome.  The 4-speed boot opening has not been cut or altered for an aftermarket shifter.  The hinged glove box door opens, closes & latches correctly. 
 
The plastic console box was also cleaned, epoxy primed and painted in a semi gloss black.  The box has no chips, cracks, damage or any previous repairs and is in perfect condition.
