Longaberger Tie-On - Pewter TV Tie-On. It was offered by Longaberger in 2002 as an accessory to the Father's Day series Daddy's Caddy basket but will fit any basket. 

Measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" is shaped like an old-fashioned TV with antennas. Comes with original brown rope ribbon.
