Ntroduction:

JF107 is a quick go/no-go tester relays that provides with indication of the general health and functioning of the most common Automotive relays.
Tester will check for proper functioning of the relay contacts by connecting the car battery (12V--24V) to the relay coil.
Tester will watch the pin configuration,the time to contacts closure and opening, consistency of the relay during each test session, Tester will light the GREEN LED if all passed during the test session,if not light the RED LED.

Supports 4 different leg types of relays, more than 20 types of relays can be tested.

12V 24V Relay Maintenance Inspection:

The JF107 is an intelligent relay tester compatible with all 12V and 24V universal relays.

Note：When the battery power is insufficient or the relay pins are different from the 4PIN/5PIN of JF107, it will result in the inability to test.

Relay Testing:

Dual color LED indicator light is flashing

Red indicator lights: Relay Fault
Green Indicator Lights: Relay Normal

Usage Steps:

1.Alligator clip clips battery
Connect the positive and negative electrodes of the alliqator clip to the positive and neqative ports of the battery,and the indicator light will turn red.

2.The relay is inserted into the corresponding jack
If the relay 5 is inserted, select the socket corresponding to the 5 pins, press the button down; if the relay 4 is inserted, press the button up.

3.Press the TEST key to test
The tester will open and close 10 times to detect the action release time.

4.Good green light/Bad red light
After detecting the action release time 10 times, start testing the consistency of the relay. When the test is OK, turn on the green light, and if the test is not OK,turn on the red light.
