Monitor powers up and displays, but there is a pixelated green shimmer that changes with the exposure of the input image. when no image is being input, there are some green lines across the top of the screen. They go away when HDMI signal is connected. When first turning on, i noticed the occasional green flash.

Recording to a hard drive functions properly, and none of the issues in the display come through on the recorded media.

Can still be used for recording and as a monitor if you put up with the green shimmer. I tried my best to take photos of the issue.
Does not include power supply.
