3-15 Watts RF output is adjustable with the red cap knob on the RF module. This is a modification that was installed to make the adjustment easier. The RF output leaves the chassis via a BNC female chassis connector located on the left bottom of the rear panel. Output impedance is 50 ohms. The output is currently set at 10 watts. The bottom meter scale (20 watts full scale) is watts. The power meter on the exciter perfectly matches my Bird wattmeter.
As a preventive measure the two capacitors in the RF power amp that create spurs as the caps age have been replaced.
Composite audio input Via BNC female connector on rear.
AC plug is wired for 120 volts but can easily be changed to 240. Instructions are in the manual.
The exciter mounts in 14 vertical inches of a standard 19 inch equipment rack.
Includes the Technical Manual which has description, diagrams, and schematics that pertain to the main chassis and modules included with the exciter. Also included is the Card Extender for troubleshooting the modules and the Power Cord.
