Antique IHS & R.Sorby 5-1/2lb Hand Forged Broad Axe Head, Made in England. As pictures show this Wonderful Very Rare old Axe head is in "Very Good Antique Usable Condition" This shows all over signs of Moderate Age/Use/Storage. It's at full weight 5.6lbs. Will make an excellent working axe with a rehang & quick resto.

 Please Note: This Has the Golden Fleece Stamp clealy marked and is not a hewing axe as it is Tapered both sides, very rare in this weight from this era (Circa Early 1800s 1830s)
