EXTREMELY RARE ORIGINAL BLUEPRINTS FOR BATESON'S CHANNEL SALE OF REAL ESTATE. First one is about 27" x 36".  It has a couple lines of writing added to lower left that the second one doesn't have. And I think I remember seeing a couple other minor differences. Pretty nice and clean with some light bends from being rolled up in a tube for many decades. The second was done a little earlier.  It is about 29.5" x 30".  Has many creases and some edge tears. Great piece of Buckey Lake area history.   They should be framed and displayed.
