This was taken for legal purposes of a full wide angle view of Queens Boulevard in front of the Kew Bolmer Arts. Kew Gardens Hotel to the far left which later became a hospital. You are looking west toward Forest Hills NY. This is a large 8 x 10 in celloid photo negative capable of make multiple photos.
