This poster was published by Phil Cushway of ArtRock and printed at Tea Lautrec, the legendary San Francisco printer that printed virtually all of the early Fillmore and some of the early Family Dog images.

Poster has a some light surface wrinkles that could be touched up with black ink and pin holes at each of the corners from where it was hung.
