This is an Estate Fresh oil painting from a local Estate home.  It is a ðŸ”¥ BEAUTIFUL FALL ASPEN STREAM M0UNTAIN PAINTING possibly CACHE VALLEY UTAH unsigned.  This piece came from a dear friend of mine's mother's house. She spent time in Utah and my friend believes she bought it when she lived there back in the early 80s.   She said it's been in her mother's house for as long as she can remember.   I checked out photos of the Cache Valley in Utah and found that there were several mountain scenes that had the peaks you can see in this painting.  Its also a possibility that it is depicting the mountain area around Taos NM.  The colors and the artwork are stunning. It's rather surprising that it's not signed because it's really well done.  It comes in super nice condition as described above and Pictured.  This piece is 27.75" tall x 33.5" wide framed.   It’s a beauty!!
