Vintage Le Creuset Size 18 enamelled cast iron casserole dish with matching lid in classic cerise red.
Made in France and dating from approximately the late 1970s to early 1980s.
I started to clean it, and took alot of staining off, however, after an incident we are now calling "baking soda-gate" i am now banned from any further cleaning attempts, and must spend the remainder of the evening scraping baked on baking soda off my hob.
Features original vintage phenolic knob, cream enamel interior, and matching lid/base markings. Good vintage used condition with signs of age and use including: interior utensil wear/discolouration, enamel wear to the base rim, general age-related marks. No cracks observed and the lid fits correctly.
A lovely authentic vintage French cookware piece with plenty of life left.
