This publication presents orders and decorations of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Duchy of Warsaw and the Kingdom of Poland, covering the period 1634–1831. The book is part of the Blask Orderów series published by the Royal Baths Park Museum.
The series presents a wide range of historical decorations, insignia, medals, portraits, documents and archival materials from museum and private collections. The publication includes over 300 objects such as crosses, stars of orders, medals, portraits of decorated individuals, diplomas and photographs. The exhibits originate from collections in Dresden, Paris, Brussels, London, Warsaw and Kraków.
Among the most important items presented are decorations of the Order of the White Eagle, Virtuti Militari, and other historic Polish orders and insignia associated with notable historical figures.
