In a good vintage condition, there is some rust to the tools as shown in the photos and there is some dust and slight discolouration to some of the white colour threads where they wrap around the ends of the frame. 

This is a decorative item/ not something that can be used to make rugs. 

Could be wall hung if a hanging hook was added.
