If the abutment to your broken MFI Kitchen handle looks like this, then the new handle in picture 2 will fit and is made from iron, so will never break.

The distance between the Centre of screws for each of your abutments needs to be between 110mm - 112mm, if so this new handle will fit your current abutments, so will be just a simple straight swop, you only need to remove one abutment to fit the new handle.
