BMW 2007 E91 3 series sport touring estate 335i forged 500hp
My yellow 335i for sale. Unfortunately due to change of circumstances in my life I need to sell this one. Spend A LOT of money on it transforming all the parts into practically brand new car.
Here are the list of things that been done:
Engine:
- Forged with Mahle Motorsport (84.5mm oversized) 10.3:1 CR pistons,
- Full set of brand new BMW injectors,
- Full head job with valve cut stem seals etc.,
- Sump baffle with oil pressure sensor,
- 17t turbo with Direnza air filter and big intake pipes,
- Uprated hot size pipes (with steering rod mod) with big intercooler,
- MHD maps (tuned by me and checked on dyno) selectable: 380hp, 420hp (perfect for track), 460hp, 500hp
- Engine can easily make 570hp and I did it on dyno but it's on the limit I wouldn't run it on daily (overheats too easily),
- Upgraded oil cooler with Mosselman thermostat,
- Upgraded aluminium radiator (Darkside),
- VRSF 3" downpipes,
- Full stainless steel custom exhaust with X-pipe and cats,
- MSD81 ECU upgrade after MSD80 failed with mosfets.
Chassis & drivetrain:
- 6HP21 with XHP map,
- Brand new rear diff with clutch plate LSD as on older BMWs M,
- Bilstein B12 brand new suspension,
- Converted to full kit front and rear M3 arms with big front polys and adjustable rear (ball bearing) toe arms,
- E38 style 32 18" wheels with Goodyear F1 Superport tyres (fronts good, rears would need change soon),
- Front and rear wheel bearings done, driveshaft refurbished,
- M3 rear anti-roll bar with polybushes (front polybushed too - similar thickness),
- Fully repainted and rust protected in BMW Speed Yellow last year.
Interior:
- Full black interior with really good quality,
- Yellow faces swapped to match the car,
- Gauge.S with all tuning data displayed along with boost and oil pressure,
- Blue Bus with bluetooth.
Bad bits:
- Front glass has crack in upper left corner,
- Front bumper has small crack (pic added),
- Small leak on exhaust near DP causing lambda readings innacuracy on idle.
Other than that car is super good, was on track with Misha on Nürburgring Norshleife so the video is available, it did very well but rev limiter was set too high and turbo made engine go too warm (140°C max, I learned after that it's fine but I wanted to be conservative):

After break-in (engine rebuild) I done lots of trackdays: Nürburgring, Cadwell and Donnington, along with travel UK-Poland-UK and car didn't miss a beat. Car does 8.7s 60-130mph.
Mot till December 2026, 191k miles on ODO (full suspension/engine rebuild was done at 186k).
