Vintage Exakta VX IIa Camera Schneider Kreuznach Xenon 50mm f1.9 Germany

Vintage Exakta VX IIa 35mm SLR camera manufactured by Ihagee Dresden, Germany. This classic mid-century German camera features a Schneider-Kreuznach Xenon 50mm f/1.9 lens and removable Voigtländer prism finder. Exakta cameras are highly regarded for their unique left-hand controls, interchangeable finder system, and important place in early SLR camera history.

Camera presents very well with attractive chrome finish and clean black leatherette covering. Includes attached lens, prism finder, and tripod as shown in photos. Lens marked “Schneider-Kreuznach Xenon 1:1.9 / 50.”

Untested and selling as-found. Shutter fires but no film testing has been performed. Lens shows internal dust/haze consistent with age and may benefit from cleaning or service. Cosmetic condition is overall very good for age with normal light vintage wear.
