Good candidate for a classic touring/gravel build

Shows wear with some scratches, paint chips, scuffs, and surface rust throughout. No dents or cracks can find. Current rear spacing approx 120mm, unsure if that is stock or if this was respaced. Expect typical vintage wear consistent with age and use.
