Both headlights have been sanded and cleared with a touch of black to give it a tinted look. They are not perfect. As shown that headlights are both working one ballast appears to have been replaced at some point. Ballast are a four screw mount design. The rubber strips along the top and side are missing and will need to be swapped from your original please view photos for condition.
