Used, The board is in overal good condition, a couple small chips on the edge. The boots are older and there are signs of wear and some dry rot on the rubber parts of the boot. I tried to show this as best as I could in the photos. You should get plenty of use out of the boots but I imagine you would want to replace sometime down the road.
