All our orders are packed carefully in hard backed envelopes with PLEASE DO NOT BEND printed on the front. They are collected daily by Royal Mail and taken directly to the sorting office. Orders received before noon are always posted on the same day. We post Mon-Fri.

If you require special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery) there is an option for you to purchase this service, but you need to do so by 12 noon. Please note for orders made on a Friday then next day delivery is Monday (not Saturday).
