Condition Notes

This comic is raw and ungraded. Based on the photos, I would visually estimate it around VF+ 8.5, but this is only a non-professional visual estimate.

The book presents well overall, especially for a black-cover oversized issue, but does show visible handling/edge wear, including some corner softness and lower-edge wear visible in the photos. Please review all images carefully for exact condition.

Condition opinions vary, especially with raw comics and squarebound/oversized books.
