The Brass Medical Scarificator for Bloodletting Bleeder is a rare and valuable antique surgical tool dating back to the pre-1930 era. Octagonal shaped with cocking lever, release button and knob for adjusting the blades. Five blades.  Estate find , owner noted maybe from Dr. S.B.F. CHAMBERS,   Union Soldier 1835-1917 that had a medical practice in Hampton VA.
