If your item hasn't arrived yet, the first thing to do is check the delivery information. You can find your item's delivery information by selecting it from your recent purchases or in your purchase history. This information should provide you with the name of the courier used and your parcel tracking details. Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the delivery date. Order cancellations need to be sent by the eBay message option.
