I am a collector, probably like you, and cannot provide returns and/or replacement parts if damaged.

By bidding/buying, you agree that you assume the risk of damage by the carrier. Due to fraud activities for collectibles (such as figure swapping), I don’t have any other recourse but to make this part of the terms.

Winning bidder/buyer will need to communicate with me whether or not they want a signature required for delivery; items over $500 in value WILL require a signature, so plan accordingly. Packages shipped with a signature required and not delivered because signature could not be obtained, and then returned to me, will become my property once again and no refunds will be provided. Again, sorry ... but it’s happened.
