In fair pre-owned condition,  especially considering it's age. The back of the jersey where the player's name would be has several small holes beginning.  Also,  there are 3 fabric stains on the jersey which are visible in bright light. These flaws are mainly due to the shirt's age. The stains may come out or lesson with the use of stain remover but I'm not 100% sure of this.    No other noticeable flaws or defects.  Stored in a smoke and pet free environment.  Will ship out very shortly after purchase.  Please see pictures for greater detail.
