Premium RAID SSD Dock + 4TB Storage
Adds two 2TB high-speed SSDs through a matching desktop dock. The drives can be configured in RAID to prioritise speed, separate storage and backup tasks, or another arrangement appropriate to your needs.
High-Speed Storage Performance
The independently powered dock uses a high-speed connection and active cooling, allowing compatible NVMe SSDs to deliver extremely fast transfer performance. Because the dock contains a cooling fan, it is not completely silent like our passive vertical docks.
Windows 11 Pro + VMware Fusion
Windows 11 Pro is configured as a virtual machine through VMware Fusion, allowing compatible Windows applications to run alongside macOS without rebooting.
Microsoft Office for Mac

Does this Mac mini have a 4TB internal SSD?
No. The Mac mini itself contains a 512GB internal Apple SSD. The expansion dock contains two additional 2TB SSDs, providing another 4TB of physical storage.
What does RAID mean?
The two SSDs give us several configuration options. They can be used independently or configured for a RAID arrangement where appropriate. Contact us if you have a particular storage or performance requirement.
Does the dock make noise?
The RAID dock is independently powered and contains active cooling for the high-performance SSDs, so its fan can be audible. It is not completely silent like our passive vertical storage docks.
Can one SSD be used for Time Machine?
Yes. One of the major benefits of having two SSDs is that one can provide everyday storage while the other is dedicated to automatic Time Machine backups.
How does Windows work?
Windows 11 Pro runs as a virtual machine through VMware Fusion Pro, allowing compatible Windows applications to run alongside macOS.
Is Microsoft Office included?
Yes. Microsoft Office for Mac is supplied and configured as part of the Expansion Bundle.
Is a monitor included?
