This is the original 1973 pressing, and comes with the original inner sleeve. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home!

The record is G+. Has some hairlines and some faint surface noise, but is a nice player copy. No skips, or loud pops. 

The jacket is G+, and has some creases, rounded corners, and slight ring wear.
