1860's very large size white opaline glass smokebell for an early Victorian coal oil, gas or kerosene oil hanging lamp. Lovely fiery opaline glass, ruffled edge, original gold tracery, applied glass wafer top cap and ring intact. Desirable large size for a larger lamp, 5 3/4" wide at the ruffles, and 8 3/4" tall.
