During 1988-89, Dave Winfield displayed remarkable dominance as a premier power hitter and run producer. In 1988, he drove in 107 RBIs with 25 home runs, showcasing his ability to deliver in key moments. Even after missing the 1989 season due to back surgery, his presence and prior performance highlighted his elite athleticism, consistency, and leadership. Winfield's towering stature, rifle arm, and offensive prowess solidified his reputation as one of the game's most feared and respected outfielders.
Winfield wrapped out more than a few hits when he used this Louisville Slugger model W273 bat (35.5" and 33.2 ounces) during the aforementioned period. Several ball marks and stitch impressions are on all sides of the barrel. Approximately 4.5" of spiral tape secures a crack.
