Retro Vtg Paper Mache Pumpkin Treat Pail Bucket 5" Paper Inserts Bethany Lowe?. As found with no tags. Production appears to be modern, but no hints as to maker or timeframe. Approx. 6.25" in diameter at the widest part. Opening is approx. 4" in diameter. Well made and in great condition. The only issue is a bit of a chip on the edge and scuffing around the holes where the handle ends were inserted.
