This item is a portable heating unit.  The invoice from its purchase describes the unit as a "Duraflame 20" Infrared Rolling Mantel."  The model number is 20IF100-0107.  The unit was purchased new by me in January 2014 and mostly sat in a closet.  It is designed to look like a portable fireplace on casters that can be used to provide supplemental heat in any room that you wheel it into.  The unit is operated by a small remote control measuring 4.5 x 1.75 inches.  You can adjust the "flame" to 5 levels.  The temperature has a wide adjustment range.  The unit is housed in an oak wood cabinet so it can be a piece of furniture.  It measures 22" high by 15" wide by 20" deep.  Estimated weight is about 25 pounds.  The original invoice and instructions are included.  Condition is very good.  Due to the weight, bulk and asking price of the unit, it is for sale as pickup only by the purchaser.
