Vintage key ring advertising

Vinyl fob shows wear, soil and stains. I do not clean collectibles, but leave that to new owner/expert. This keyring I tried to clean a bit, but the plastic may be damaged as it did not readily clean up. Please see photos as there are marks on the front and back. The part that ring goes into is also very soiled. Overall low end of fair shape. Ring is new. Measures approximately 3 inches including ring.
