All of our orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd class unless the customer chooses a different option (1st class, Special Delivery or EVRI). 2nd class takes around 4 working days to arrive and will not be delivered at the weekend. 2nd class postage is included in the price. 

If you order 2 items or more we will upgrade you for free from 2nd class to 1st class.

PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE EBAY ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES AS THESE ARE VERY OFTEN WRONG (we have complained often but they do not amend them)

·     A5 size card (15 x 21cm), this is A4 folded in half

·     Blank inside for you to write your message

·     Message on the front can be changed if requested at time of purchase

 

All our orders are packed carefully in hard backed envelopes with PLEASE DO NOT BEND printed on the front. They are collected daily by Royal Mail and taken directly to the sorting office. Orders received before 10am are always posted on the same day. We post Mon-Fri.

If you require special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery) there is an option for you to purchase this service, but you need to do so by 12 noon. Please note for orders made on a Friday then next day delivery is Monday (not Saturday).
