All gemstones are inspected to be in perfect condition as in photos. Please, open the package in the presence of the postal representative and ensure that the item is not damaged during the shipping process. We accept returns ONLY if the item is not in the condition described. Buyer is responsible for listing correct delivery address. Addresses cannot be changed once an item is shipped.
