This is a pentair Fleck 2510 filter head.
It was removed because something was not working or filtering the water.
Mechanical dials.
Tested and cycles thru all cycles. Not tested on water treatment.
Does not come with Bypass and in outs for plumbing.
Comes with connecting collar to secure to the tank. see pictures what's included.
