Ford 300 4.9L i6 L6 coolant heat plate adapter for offenhauser intakes. Bolts to bottom- requires your own gasket or rtv to seal. Stainless Steel Hardware included. Both hose barbs are 5/8" barb, threaded into a 1/2" NPT hole on 1/2" thick aluminum plate. I run mine inline with my heater core.
