It is manual focus lens and has OM mount. Lens will work on older OLYMPUS manual focus film cameras.  

with  caps. No other accessories are included.

USED, but still in working condition, but has internal dust, minimal signs of fungus

Cosmetically lens has normal signs of use. Please look closer to all pictures, they are part of description.

Front and back glass elements  good, clean.

Focus smooth.

 Aperture blades are clean and oil free.
