Lovely original old car that has been kept MOT'd throughout my ownership. It is extremely solid underneath and I don't think it has ever been welded and it does not need any welding.

I bought it about 7 years ago after it had been stood for a number of years. it had a new clutch and all the brakes were overhauled and I started using it, ironing out all the niggles over the years.

I have not used it much in the last year and so now is time to hand it over to a new owner.

It is not perfect by any means but it has the most amazing patina that a restored car can never have. There are some blemishes on the bodywork and the odd dent but the car oozes charm and everyone loves it. I had the rear seat back re-covered a few years ago as the sun had destroyed it. I was going to do the rest of the seats but never got round to it as they are not that bad.

The car has recently had a major service including new valve stem oil seals as it was getting a bit smoky. Oil and filter change, plug leads, condenser and distributor cap. new battery. Front calipers rebuilt and a new brake master cylinder. The tyres are all OK, it's just had a new continental on the back. Spare is ok. The wheels are in nice condition. 

There is too much to list here but I have kept all the receipts and there is a nice history file with it including the drivers handbook and a spare set of keys. All the locks work fine. 

The car starts, runs and drives without any problems. It sounds lovely and goes really well.
